@Linda - the current language is written so that the bonus FAR would be granted 1:1 for those uses incentivized, including affordable housing above that otherwise required

The model is showing the existing, curved brick Madris building at 47' tall from the Boylston St sidewalk, and 60' for the proposed residential building immediately to the west of the Madris building - thank you, Arran!

I believe the old Dunkin site was not as-of-right, but wasn't a Major Impact Project - I thought it did go through design review, though - just not a Design Advisory Team process. I could be wrong. It's also zoned at 2.0, rather than 1.0
